You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key healthcare institutions, driving sales of innovative medical devices, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert product demonstrations and technical support. Duties

Cultivate and manage strategic accounts within healthcare institutions, including hospitals, clinics, and purchasing groups.
Lead product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to hospital procurement teams and clinical staff.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and procurement agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer needs to recommend tailored medical device solutions.
Develop and execute outside sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing communication.
Prepare detailed sales reports, account plans, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint to support business development efforts.

Skills

Proven expertise in negotiation, account management, and B2B (business-to-business) sales within the medical or healthcare industry.
Strong ability to deliver engaging product demos with a focus on technical features and clinical benefits.
Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a focus on medical device or pharmaceutical products.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with healthcare professionals at all levels.
Analytical skills to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape for strategic decision-making.
Leadership qualities to influence stakeholders and guide complex sales processes from prospecting to closing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, with organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Knowledge of medical sales regulations, procurement processes, and hospital purchasing procedures is highly desirable.
