The General Manager is the driving force behind the growth, operations, and overall success of a senior home care office in the Philadelphia market. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial leader who thrives on building teams, delivering exceptional care experiences, and scaling a business. Acting as both a strategic operator and community ambassador, the General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff development, and execute growth initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
- Business Growth: Develop and execute local marketing and referral strategies to expand client base and increase revenue
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of caregivers and office staff
- Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, service delivery, and quality assurance to ensure efficient, compliant operations
- Client Experience: Build strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring compassionate, reliable care
- Financial Performance: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and drive profitability with an owner-operator mindset
- Community Engagement: Represent the organization in the local community to build partnerships and brand awareness
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to all state regulations, policies, and best practices in home care
