At MindBloom ABA Therapy, we're building an ABA practice centered on clinical excellence, ethical care, and meaningful relationships with the families we serve.
We're looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants more than just another part-time job.
If you've ever wanted the opportunity to help build a practice, influence clinical systems, and play an important role in a company's growth, we'd love to meet you.
About MindBloom ABA Therapy
MindBloom ABA Therapy is a growing provider of home-based ABA services for children with autism throughout Los Angeles County.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
We're intentionally growing at a thoughtful pace so we can build strong clinical systems from the beginning.
Rather than stepping into an already established organization, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how we deliver care, support our team, and serve families for years to come.
Our mission is simple:
Deliver outstanding clinical care, support families with compassion, and build an organization where clinicians enjoy the freedom to do their best work.
Position Overview
This is a part-time W-2 position with a flexible schedule.
During our startup phase, you'll provide approximately 3–5 hours per week of clinical support.
As insurance contracts become active and we begin serving families, your hours will naturally increase.
We're looking for someone interested in growing with the company for the long term.

Why Join MindBloom ABA Therapy?
Large organizations already have established systems. Here, you'll help create them. Your work will directly influence how our clinical program develops as we grow.
You will join a small organization where your clinical judgement is valued, communication is direct, and you will have the opportunity to help shape how we can care for families from day one.
For the right person, this role offers a clear opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director position in the future.
If this sounds like the kind of opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to connect. Apply through Indeed today.
