Full Job Description

Job Overview

The Senior Application Developer works with limited supervision to design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce applications and integrations. This role partners with business and IT teams to understand requirements, build solutions, and ensure high‑quality, secure, and scalable system performance.

Essential Duties:

Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform unit testing, and support release activities.
Manage data integrity through standards, audits, and data management tools.
Create documentation, system guidelines, training materials, and deliver user training.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to define solutions and meet project timelines.
Evaluate and implement AppExchange products and third‑party integrations.
Support integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft).
Monitor system performance and stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices.
Contribute to project estimates, process improvements, and technology evaluations.
Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of IT application development experience.
5+ years Salesforce experience, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and integration development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, security, data modeling, governor limits, and Communities.
Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Certifications Preferred: OmniStudio Developer, Lightning, Salesforce Administrator.
