Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $175,000 - $210,000 annually plus bonuses, commensurate with experience

Required Qualifications
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- Strong understanding of sexual abuse litigation particularly in federal court
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage demanding caseloads effectively
- Strong research and legal analysis capabilities
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate merits of personal injury cases and develop case strategies
- Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
- Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings
- Conduct depositions, mediations and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in court proceedings and arbitration hearings
- Research and analyze personal injury statutes, regulations, and case law
- Supervise and direct support staff
- Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients and colleagues
