We are seeking a senior-level Oracle HCM Cloud – Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant to join our team for a long-term, remote engagement. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Time and Labor solutions, with a strong emphasis on public sector requirements and complex scheduling scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead client-facing workshops and discussions to gather and analyze business requirements.

✅ Configure Oracle Cloud OTL modules with a focus on scheduling and public sector needs.

✅ Provide expert guidance and best practices for Time and Labor implementations.

✅ Work closely with project stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

✅ Manage documentation, testing, training, and go-live support activities.

Required Qualifications:

✅ Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Time and Labor, particularly in scheduling functionalities.

✅ Minimum of two successful public sector implementations in Oracle HCM Cloud.

✅ Proven ability to manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

✅ Experience in configuring Fast Formulas, Time Entry Rules, Time Processing Profiles, and Work Schedules.

✅ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred:

✅ Experience integrating OTL with Oracle Payroll and Absence Management.

✅ Knowledge of federal/state labor compliance within the public sector.

✅ Oracle Cloud HCM certification (nice to have)
