Parallel Employment Group is looking to hire an energetic and self-motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our Buffalo, NY office.
Wage: $20-24 per hour + commission & bonus
Hours: 30 hours to start. Must have flexibility to move to 40 hours as work increases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, clerical, and other assigned positions.
Use job boards, social media, referrals, text campaigns, community outreach, and other sourcing methods to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Match candidates to appropriate openings based on skills, experience, availability, location, shift preference, reliability, and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, job offers, start dates, onboarding, background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and other pre-employment steps.
Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish for applicants, employees, clients, and internal team members as needed.
Partner with clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, shift schedules, work environments, attendance expectations, and performance standards.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order status, candidate flow, employee attendance, performance concerns, replacements, and changes in staffing needs.
Respond quickly to client requests, call-offs, no-shows, employee issues, and other daily staffing needs.
Support employee relations by addressing basic questions, assignment concerns, attendance issues, coaching needs, and workplace expectations.
Update applicant tracking systems, staffing software, candidate records, employee notes, order details, and client communication accurately and timely.
Follow company policies and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring requirements.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
1+ year of staffing, recruiting, human resources, or high-volume hiring experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Customer service-driven background with the ability to communicate professionally with applicants, employees, clients, and internal team members.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn staffing software, applicant tracking systems, and other technology platforms.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities, interruptions, and time-sensitive requests.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries.
Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and remain calm when priorities shift.
Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance required for client visits
Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
