Community Outreach & Catering Sales Coordinator

QSR Restaurants (2 brands)

Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)

Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends for community events.

Position Summary

We're looking for a Community Outreach & Catering Sales Coordinator to help grow our portfolio for franchised locations by developing partnerships, booking catering orders, organizing fundraising events, and increasing our presence throughout the community.

This is a highly visible role that combines community engagement, local marketing, and sales. You'll spend your time connecting with schools, businesses, hospitals, youth sports organizations, apartment communities, colleges, nonprofits, and local organizations to generate catering business and create memorable community events.

Responsibilities
Community Outreach

Develop relationships with schools, businesses, hospitals, medical offices, apartment communities, colleges, youth sports leagues, churches, and nonprofit organizations.
Attend networking events, festivals, community events, and local business meetings.
Identify opportunities for sponsorships, fundraising nights, spirit events, and promotional partnerships.
Represent our brands as a positive ambassador in the community.

Catering & Event Sales

Prospect and develop new catering accounts through in-person visits, phone calls, networking, and referrals.
Book catering orders for corporate meetings, schools, athletic teams, healthcare facilities, offices, birthdays, and community events.
Coordinate catering details with restaurant management to ensure flawless execution.
Follow up with customers to build repeat business and referrals.

Local Store Marketing

Execute grassroots marketing initiatives that increase restaurant traffic and brand awareness.
Deliver catering menus and promotional materials to local businesses and organizations.
Assist with community events and promotional campaigns.
Capture photos and videos from events to support social media marketing.

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Organized with strong follow-up skills.
Sales, marketing, hospitality, catering, or community outreach experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Success in This Role

Performance will be measured by:

Catering sales generated
Number of catering orders booked
Fundraising and community events secured
New business relationships established
Community partnerships developed
Repeat catering customers
Overall contribution to restaurant sales growth
