Meridian, ID | Independent Contractor / Studio Lease

You've built your book. Now keep what you earn.

If you're an experienced PMU or tattoo artist working on commission or splitting with a shop, you already know the hardest part is behind you — you've put in the years, refined your technique, and earned a clientele who books with you, not the studio sign out front. The question now is what your career looks like when you actually own the upside of all that work.

We're an established, award-winning beauty studio in Meridian, and we're opening a limited number of stations to artists who are ready for that next chapter — without giving up the things that make working in a great studio worth it in the first place.

What you're stepping into:

An established brand with steady walk-in interest and referral traffic across the Treasure Valley
In-house academy access for ongoing education, advanced technique training, and new certifications
A real studio culture — other working pros to collaborate with, learn from, and grow alongside (no isolated suite vibes)
A beautiful, fully outfitted space that meets health department standards for permanent cosmetics and tattooing
Flexibility to set your own schedule, pricing, and service menu
Marketing, branding, and front-of-house support you'd never get going solo

Who we're looking for:

Licensed and bloodborne pathogens certified, with all required Idaho permits for permanent cosmetics or body art
1+ years of professional PMU or tattoo experience with an established clientele
Proficiency in services like microblading, powder/ombré brows, lip blush, eyeliner, areola restoration, fine line tattooing, or cosmetic tattoo correction (your specialty, your menu)
Someone who takes their craft seriously and wants to keep sharpening it
Reliable, professional, and a fit for a collaborative studio environment
