Full Job Description

Role: Cybersecurity Awareness Marketing Associate (Contract)

Location: Primarily Rahway, NJ (with occasional travel to PA sites)
Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, full-time hours
Start Date: June 1

Overview:
We're looking for entry-level Marketing Associates to support a cybersecurity awareness campaign focused on improving password security practices across the organization. This is a highly visible, on-site role that blends marketing, communication, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute on-site marketing campaigns promoting password best practices (15+ character adoption)
Engage employees in common areas (cafeterias, break rooms, etc.) to drive awareness and participation
Distribute campaign materials (e.g., business cards, handouts)
Help design and set up campaign visuals, messaging, and tracking (graphs, engagement metrics, etc.)
Gather feedback and report on user engagement and adoption trends
Collaborate with cybersecurity and internal teams to align messaging

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (recent grads ideal)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable approaching and engaging people in person
Outgoing, proactive personality with a "ground game” mindset
Basic understanding of marketing campaigns or event-style engagement
Ability to travel occasionally to PA sites

Nice to Have:

Interest in cybersecurity or tech
Experience with campus marketing, brand ambassador roles, or event promotion
