Lamb & Co is a lifestyle brand rooted in quality, community, and timeless design. What began as a unique real estate model gained national attention through our HGTV show, Unsellable Houses, and has since grown into a multi-faceted company, including real estate, design, renovations, staging, and retail.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy across all Lamb & Co. brands, including Real Estate, Design & Renovation, the Storefront, partnerships, events, and media initiatives. This role oversees the creation and distribution of marketing content across digital, print, social media, email, and web platforms while ensuring brand consistency and a cohesive customer experience.

Working closely with leadership, agents, designers, and external marketing partners, the Marketing Manager develops campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, promote services and events, support sales initiatives, and strengthen community engagement. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing multiple marketing channels, websites, social media accounts, advertising campaigns, and creative assets simultaneously.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and data-driven, with the ability to balance long-term strategy and day-to-day execution. They thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and use analytics to continuously improve marketing performance and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the growth of Lamb & Co.'s Real Estate, Design, Storefront, and partnership brands.
Manage all digital marketing channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and online content.
Create and oversee marketing collateral, including print and digital materials, signage, presentations, listing packages, blogs, and promotional assets.
Lead social media strategy and content creation, managing multiple brand accounts while growing engagement and generating leads.
Support business development initiatives, including real estate listings, agent marketing, storefront promotions, design projects, partnerships, and HGTV-related marketing efforts.
Coordinate marketing for events, promotions, and campaigns, from planning through execution and post-event reporting.
Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and brand partners, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with company objectives.
Monitor marketing performance and analytics, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or a minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience.
Proven experience managing multiple marketing channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for branding and design consistency.
Experience with marketing platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Workspace is preferred.
Must be able to work full-time in-office and collaborate closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with the marketing platforms listed below, or comparable software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Physical Requirements

Ability to occasionally bend, reach, kneel, and carry materials throughout the office or event spaces.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed for event setup, promotional materials, displays, and inventory.
Ability to assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of company events, which may require prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and transporting materials.
