Position Summary
The Print Production Assistant & Runner plays a key role in keeping our shop running smoothly. This position supports our production team by assisting with print finishing, packaging, quality control, inventory, shop organization, and local deliveries. You'll help ensure every order is completed accurately, on time, and delivered with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Pick up materials and supplies from vendors as needed.
- Assist with print production and finishing, including cutting, folding, laminating, binding, and packaging.
- Prepare orders for shipment and local delivery.
- Deliver completed orders to customers throughout Orange County and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet FlagShip standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
- Help with inventory organization and stocking supplies.
- Assist with signage production, apparel fulfillment, and other shop projects.
- Support production staff during busy periods and help meet production deadlines.
- Represent FlagShip professionally during customer deliveries and pickups.
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous print shop, warehouse, delivery, or production experience is a plus but not required.
