Job Summary:
This role serves as the primary business lead for assigned accounts and is responsible for customer retention, revenue growth, executive relationship management, contract negotiations, and strategic account planning. The ideal candidate combines executive presence, strong business acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills to drive long-term partnerships and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Leadership
- Own a portfolio of strategic financial institution relationships, serving as the primary business lead and trusted advisor.
- Build executive-level relationships, conduct Executive Business Reviews, and represent PrintMail in customer and industry engagements.
Revenue Retention & Growth
- Drive customer retention, contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying expansion opportunities and building business cases that demonstrate customer value and ROI.
Executive Business Management
- Lead executive discussions related to operational performance, strategic initiatives, customer communications, and future business objectives.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, recommendations, and communications while effectively managing complex customer situations and escalations.
Customer Success & Internal Leadership
- Proactively manage customer health, identify risks, and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive internal accountability, share customer insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:
Required
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Financial Services, or related client-facing roles.
- Experience managing complex B2B customer relationships.
- Experience conducting executive-level business reviews and presentations.
- Demonstrated success in contract negotiations, renewals, and revenue growth.
- Strong business writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
Preferred
- Experience serving banks, credit unions, fintechs, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience with customer communications, print/mail services, SaaS, digital delivery, document management, or related technologies.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders in organizations with $1B+ in assets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Technology, or related field.
Success Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured through:
- Customer retention and revenue retention rates
- Expansion revenue generated within assigned accounts.

Work Conditions:
The job is performed under normal office working conditions. Travel is required approximately 20% of the time, both locally and nationally. When not traveling, the position is based in PrintMail's Newtown, PA office.
Pay: $115,000.00 per year
