At Recordsforce, we're growing our Business Development team and looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Development Representative to help introduce organizations to our Digital Mailroom solutions.
No extensive sales experience? That's okay.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed. We'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for creating new business opportunities by:
- Prospecting new companies through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach
- Identifying organizations that could benefit from Digital Mailroom and document management solutions
- Setting qualified meetings for our senior sales team
- Following up with prospects and nurturing relationships
- Learning our technology and becoming an expert on our services
- Tracking activity using our CRM system (Hubspot)
- Working with leadership to continually improve your sales skills
We're Looking For Someone Who

Sales experience is a plus—but not required.
