Now Hiring: Data Analyst

Location: Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: Up to $33.00/hour
Schedule: Monday & Friday Remote | Tuesday-Thursday Onsite (flexibility available after 3 weeks)

Looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong Excel and data management skills? Join a growing team supporting pricing, contracts, and business operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule, hands-on analytical work, and the chance to contribute to important operational projects.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

Experience Requirements

1+ years of data analysis, contract administration, or related experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience auditing data and identifying discrepancies
Familiarity with contract management, pricing operations, or data processing preferred
Experience with CLM systems, pricing, rebate management, or system integrations is a plus

Job Duties

Enter and maintain contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation
Perform pricing, contract, and data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Track product launches and support operational readiness activities
Process bulk data uploads, updates, and validations
Review purchase orders and contract commitments for accuracy
Validate pricing and rebate information across multiple systems
Assist with testing, data collection, and system updates
Support business analysts with special projects and process improvements

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
