Then we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Production Associate located at our plant in Appleton, WI.

No experience is necessary!

Starting at $21.84/hour with an opportunity to earn up to $24.00 within 3-6 months

*12-hour Alternating shifts with no mandatory overtime*

2/2/3 schedule with double time pay on Sundays

Responsibilities:

Your Role:

As a Production Associate, you can expect a safe and secure working environment. This role’s responsibilities entail packaging, palatizing and quality inspections while working within a team environment.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

Work in a department and train on multiple machines.
Package product into designated cartons.
Inspect product for quality assurance.
Palatize finished product.
Maintain a clean workspace.
Complete all other tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit and stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
Ability to work with one or both hands.
Ability to do clerical work up to full production requirements.

Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
