The Impact You’ll Make
As a JD Edwards World Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving complex application issues, guiding customers through best practices, and ensuring their ERP systems operate at peak efficiency. Your expertise will directly impact how smoothly our customers can run their finance, distribution, manufacturing, and payroll processes—keeping their businesses moving forward.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a senior-level functional and/or technical support resource for JD Edwards World ERP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory, Sales Order, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Payroll.
- Diagnose and resolve configuration, integration, and performance problems within JDE World.
- Provide guidance on upgrades, patches, and customizations to minimize downtime and risk.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base content to help prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate with customer teams to understand business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend support rotations for urgent, business-critical incidents.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting JD Edwards World in a functional, technical, or techno-functional role - ideally 10+ years' experience.
- Expert level knowledge of JDE World Software both the Manufacturing and Distribution modules
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with JDE World tools such as FASTR, DREAM Writer, World Writer, and menu/task management.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical details into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical users.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for problem-solving and delivering value.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Understanding of RPG, CL, and AS/400 (IBM i) environments is a plus.
- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne knowledge is a plus
