As a Clinical Chiropractic Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our doctors, helping guide patients through active rehabilitation while developing the knowledge and skills necessary to become a Certified Chiropractic Clinical Assistant.

What You'll Do
As a Clinical Chiropractic Assistant, you'll play a vital role in each patient's recovery and wellness journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist chiropractors during patient care and clinical treatment.
- Lead patients through prescribed rehabilitative exercises with confidence, encouragement, and proper technique.
- Provide hands-on assistance and modifications during exercises when appropriate.
- Educate patients on home exercises, movement patterns, posture, and treatment protocols as directed by the provider.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the chiropractor.
- Collaborate with the doctor to help implement and reinforce individualized treatment plans.
- Safely manage and supervise up to four patients simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation as required.
- Ensure treatment areas remain clean, organized, and stocked.
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and continuing education.
Cross-training opportunities in front office operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous healthcare, fitness, rehabilitation, kinesiology, athletic training, personal training, physical therapy, chiropractic, or exercise science experience is preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience required.
- Comfortable learning clinical procedures and healthcare terminology.
- Strong verbal communication and patient education skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely supervise multiple patients simultaneously.
- Commitment to completing company-sponsored clinical training and working toward certification within the first year.
