Full Job Description

Department: Marketing
Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager
Employment Status: Full-Time
Classification: Exempt

Position Summary:*
Implements marketing campaigns, events, and website features that generate leads and increase sales. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to all external and internal members (co-workers) at all times. This position collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders from product, IT, finance, communication, and marketing operation teams to launch and optimize integrated digital campaigns, drive attribution efforts, and attain monthly, quarterly, and annual program KPIs. The best results are achieved through collaboration and obtaining creative and unique perspectives.

Responsibilities:*

Develop, implement, and track marketing programs like email, digital campaigns, social media, and events.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to increase conversion and user experience.
Identify backlink opportunities and perform necessary outreach.
Daily external and internal website maintenance within a CMS tool and making changes necessary for optimization and add-on solutions and tools. Development of new site pages and sections, updating information, regulations, and rates. Success is measured through traffic, backlinks, engagement, sales, and member retention KPIs.
Track our brand success metrics, ensuring we meet goals and continuous improvement with monthly reporting.
Develop and implement email marketing automation.
Assist with optimizing website optimal SERP results.
Collaborate with organizational departments to create optimized digital brochures, online applications, publication articles, and procedures.
Update content (including geo & retargeting, application ads, beacon near field technology, and Ad-words) across channels, including mobile apps, home banking, and electronic wallets.
Maintain electronic marketing lists, databases, and mailboxes.
Maintain a publishing schedule and collaborate with our internal team and third-party contributors for compelling, optimized content.
Proactively validate work to ensure the quality required to support the brand and maintain trust and credibility.
Perform keyword research and monitor keyword performance, expansion, and optimization.
Create and maintain documentation.
Assist in researching and implementing new technologies and technology improvements.
Comply with all advertising, ADA, BSA, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with marketing events digital and onsite.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

Understanding of sales and promotion.
Working knowledge of HTML.
Knowledge of Ad -words (Google).
Knowledge of Email Marketing Automation.

Experience*

2+ years of search engine optimization (SEO) experience.
Candidate must be computer literate (MS Office 365, database reporting experience preferred). Bi-lingual preferred.
Experience with web posting and email programs (HubSpot preferred).
Coding /UX experience is a plus.

Education*

BS/BA in Marketing, Journalism, PR, IT, or Communications preferred.

ADA Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in an emergency. Must be able to operate routine office equipment, including telephone, copier, computer, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on a computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
