Join Our Team as a Retail Floor Sales Associate!

Are you passionate about helping customers and love the beach lifestyle? Join our team at an established island business that’s been serving the community for over 50 years! We pride ourselves on offering quality brands, exceptional customer service, and everything our customers need for a perfect day "On The Beach," including surf and gear rentals. If you’re looking for a role where you can combine your organizational skills with your love for the outdoors, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Floor Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers with product selection and providing top-notch service.
Organizing and maintaining the sales floor to ensure it’s clean, presentable, and well-stocked.
Handling rentals for surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, and other beach gear.
Lifting and moving surfboards, paddleboards, and boxes as needed.
Answering customer questions and sharing your knowledge of our products and services.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
The ability to stand for 4-6 hours and lift surfboards, paddleboards, and boxes.
A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
