Caleb Jump - Managing Director, Jump District

Started at NM: Nearly 10 years ago.
Prior to NM: Caleb spent 10 years in mortgage and commercial lending, working with two prominent local banks in Decatur. His lending background gave him a deep understanding of financial solutions and strong community relationships, which he now leverages to help clients and his team thrive.
Passionate about: Caleb is a proud girl dad of four daughters and can often be found coaching or cheering them on in basketball, dance, show choir, and volleyball. When he gets a moment to himself, he enjoys collecting cigars and bourbon—reflecting his appreciation for quality and tradition.

Aubrey Jump - Financial Representative

Started at NM: September 2024
Prior to NM: Teacher for 15 years at Garfield Montessori School in Decatur before starting with NM. Came on for flexibility of schedule to spend time with her family.

Prior to NM: Graduate of University of IL, prior working at ADM and after a few years changed careers to join NM and opened offices in Decatur IL and Sarasota FL.
Passionate about: Outside of work owns a restaurant, big family guy, dual-state lifestyle, living in FL and spending summers in Decatur on the lake.

Key Responsibilities: As a Financial Advisor, your primary role will be to engage with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs, providing personalized guidance to help them achieve their financial protection and planning goals. You will design and implement tailored strategies that safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well-being, ensuring their long-term security. Regularly reviewing and updating clients' financial plans and insurance policies to reflect any changes in their circumstances or goals will be crucial to ensure continuous protection. Additionally, you will cultivate a robust network of clients through referrals, active community involvement, and professional associations.

Qualifications: We prefer candidates with an associates or bachelor's degree, but it’s not required. While prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships. We welcome individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from Medical Device, Education (teachers, administrators), Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental and others. You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
