We’re looking for a Driver to bring their passion, sense of urgency, and logistics skills to our team in Carson, CA. If you share our passion for beautiful cars, thrive on details, and want to be part of something extraordinary, this is your chance.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

Manage and execute the retrieval and delivery of parts to and from local vendors and suppliers to meet the needs of production and maintaining our supply chain
Ensure the safe, accurate, timely, damage-free, and cost-efficient material flow to support our operations in a manner that demonstrates, “Everything is Important.”

What You’ll Do:

Review manifests and parts lists for accuracy and to prioritize the daily schedule
Perform loading, driving, and unloading of items between Singer sites and our vendors/supplies
Safely load parts/items at pickup points and transport them to the destination in accordance with motor vehicle laws adhering to speed limits and safe operation of the vehicle
Ensure the load contents are secure for safe and undamaged delivery to the destination
Scan bar codes to properly record inventory location and delivery timing to meeting supply chain requirements
Review all delivery documentation to ensure the correct items are retrieved and delivered to the precise delivery location providing timely updates on delivery times
Maintain all applicable documents (paperwork) related to items being delivered to ensure they are not damaged during delivery
Inspect the vehicle, daily, to ensure it is safe and ready to use

Who We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years as a California licensed driver and a valid Class C license
Maintain an overall driving record free from major violations in the past three (3) years

Location & Schedule:
The home base for this role is Carson, CA. The schedule is Monday – Friday 5am - 1:30pm with potential overtime.

The starting pay range for this position is between $21-25/hr plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
