Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels. In this role, you will develop innovative marketing strategies, oversee digital campaigns, and manage cross-functional teams to elevate our market presence. Your expertise will help us connect with our target audiences effectively, utilizing a wide range of marketing tools and platforms. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that align with company goals, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising methods
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising to maximize reach and ROI
Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and copywriting skills
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for better engagement
Coordinate product management efforts by aligning marketing initiatives with product launches, updates, and sales objectives
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in B2B (business-to-business) markets and e-commerce channels
Manage budgets for advertising sales initiatives and digital campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling sales enablement materials and support lead generation efforts through performance marketing tactics

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and social media marketing strategies
Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing techniques including email marketing, print advertising, and online advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and website management tools
Expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance marketing efforts
Demonstrated ability in research, copywriting, product management, budgeting, and sales support functions
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify or similar online retail systems is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences
At least 1-2 years experience in the Homecare Industry
