Sales-Focused Medical Spa Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Medical Spa Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a sales-heavy leadership role responsible for converting consultations into treatments, increasing memberships and package sales, coaching the front desk team, and ensuring the spa consistently meets and exceeds revenue goals.
Backed by an experienced ownership team and the success of our Woodland Hills location, we’re bringing a new luxury medical spa concept to Costa Mesa and are seeking a driven leader to help shape its growth.
This is a sales-focused management position.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping patients move forward with treatments that fit their goals. This role is responsible for driving revenue, converting consultations into treatments, selling memberships and packages, and coaching a team to achieve performance goals.
While management experience is important, we’re specifically seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales and meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in medical spas, aesthetics, cosmetic dentistry, luxury retail, hospitality sales, or other consultative sales environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive monthly revenue and sales targets
- Convert consultations into treatment plans and memberships
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and consultation opportunities
- Increase patient retention and rebooking rates
- Promote packages, memberships, and retail products
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and events
Team Leadership
- Manage front desk and patient coordinator staff
- Train team members on sales techniques and customer service
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Create accountability around sales goals and daily metrics
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
Operations Management
- Oversee daily spa operations and patient flow
- Ensure exceptional patient experience from booking through follow-up
- Manage scheduling efficiency and appointment utilization
- Coordinate inventory ordering and supply management
- Handle vendor relationships and operational issues
- Maintain compliance with company policies and medical spa regulations
Patient Experience
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly
- Build long-term relationships with patients
- Ensure every patient receives a luxury, personalized experience
- Monitor reviews, feedback, and patient satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in aesthetics, medical spas, wellness, beauty, luxury retail, or hospitality
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with CRM and scheduling systems preferred
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Compensation
Compensation includes hourly base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance based bonuses. Total annual earnings are expected to range from $100,000–$250,000+ based on individual sales performance and business results. Top performers have the opportunity to exceed $150,000 annually, with exceptional performers earning substantially more.
