Full Job Description

Registered Nurse Supervisor

Come join us at St. Patrick's Residence! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents.

We are seeking an RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Full-Time: 11pm to 7:30am; Sunday, Wed and Thursday then Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
$40 to $42 per hour based on circumstances including license, skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

Current IL RN - Registered Nurse License.
Minimum of one year in Long-Term Care.
Minimum of one year of Nursing Supervisory experience, in Long-Term Care or a hospital.
BLS certification.
Be able to cover for occasional call-offs as needed.
Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
PCC experience preferred.

RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Summary:

Support the daily activity of Nurses and CNAs.
Complete required documentation.
Make daily rounds of assigned units.
Communicate with DON/ADON.
Complete necessary logs, audits.
