Tailored Remodeling is seeking an energetic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our company with enthusiasm and authenticity. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers, creating memorable experiences, and increasing awareness of our services. Your passion for connecting with people, strong communication skills, and ability to engage diverse audiences will help drive brand recognition and customer loyalty. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your marketing and customer engagement skills while making a meaningful impact on our brand presence.

We are currently seeking part-time team members. We’re looking for Brand Ambassadors who thrive in a growth-focused environment and are excited about uncapped earning potential.
Your role is simple but impactful: start genuine conversations with homeowners, introduce them to our remodeling services, and help schedule their free expert consultation. There’s no selling and no pressure, just authentic conversations that help people improve their homes and their lives.

Responsibilities
- Represent Tailored Remodeling at our partner locations, events, and trade shows
- Engage potential customers by asking about their homes and remodeling goals
- Explain how our expert team can help them design their dream bathroom.
- Schedule free, no-obligation consultations
- Provide a warm, professional, and trustworthy first impression of our company
- Promote our brand at events, retail locations, and community gatherings by engaging directly with customers and passersby.
- Collect valuable data during events and interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve customer targeting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating positive experiences that foster brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Teaching, food service or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with people is essential!!
- Experience in sales or marketing environments that involve product demos or event promotion is a plus!
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident public speaking presence.
