ABOUT CAPITAL WEALTH FINANCIAL

Capital Wealth Financial is a growing tax preparation and professional development company serving tax professionals across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and beyond.

We are expanding our team and seeking experienced tax professionals and active PTIN holders who are ready to grow their clientele, increase their earning potential, and become part of a supportive tax organization.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who already understand the fundamentals of tax preparation and are looking for the software, systems, marketing resources, mentorship, and professional support needed to take their tax business to the next level.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking motivated and experienced tax professionals who:

Have previous tax preparation experience
Have an active PTIN or are eligible to obtain/renew one
Understand basic individual tax preparation
Are comfortable working with clients independently
Have strong communication and customer-service skills
Are professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Understand the importance of tax compliance and due diligence
Are willing to continue learning and attending required training
Are comfortable marketing their services and actively building their clientele
Can work independently while still operating within company policies and procedures

Experience preparing W-2, 1099, dependent, self-employed/Schedule C, and other common individual tax returnsis preferred.

Tax professionals are expected to actively market themselves and work toward developing and maintaining their own book of business.

However, you will be provided with marketing tools, promotional materials, strategies, resources, mentorship, and support to help you attract and retain clients.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is motivated to build something of their own while having an established company and support system behind them.

COMPENSATION

Commission-Based | Starting at 70%

You earn commission from each qualifying return you successfully prepare.

Your overall earning potential will depend on factors such as your client volume, completed returns, performance, and applicable commission structure.

As your clientele and performance grow, additional earning and advancement opportunities may become available.

POSITION DETAILS

Job Type: Seasonal / Commission-Based

Tax Season: January–April, with opportunities for continued professional development and year-round involvement.

Schedule: Flexible

Work Setting: Remote opportunities may be available depending on position requirements.
