Our founders, Kevin and Debbie Hogfeldt, bring over 30 years of experience serving children with complex medical needs. Today, their mission continues with a dedicated team of nurses who believe in compassionate, individualized care.

Available Positions for RNs

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $27.00 – $37.00/hour (based on position type)
Full-Time (24–40 hours/week)
Part-Time (8–24 hours/week)

New to pediatric care? No problem. TCPS offers the most thorough and supportive onboarding experience in Pediatric Home Health. You'll receive paid preceptorship training that prepares you to confidently care for children with complex medical needs in the home setting.

What You Need to Join Our Team

Active RN license (Colorado or Nurse Licensure Compact state)
CPR Certification (for Healthcare Providers)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
A passion for pediatric nursing and family-centered care

Your Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care and clinical interventions in the home
Monitor and respond to changes in a child’s condition
Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and the healthcare team
Advocate for the child’s needs and coordinate necessary resources
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
