Full Job Description

Join a well established FQHC with practice locations in Oxnard, Simi Valley and Ventura.
This position will consist of floating between 3 offices. Experienced Nurse Practitioners are encourage to apply.
The Nurse Practitioner will provide consultation, diagnosis and treatment to patients seeking primary health care services at the health centers. Refer patients to medical specialists for consultation services when necessary for patients’ well being; provide prenatal care to pregnant women, and provides post-natal care to mothers and infants; emphasizes promotion of health by advising patients about diet, hygiene, and methods for disease prevention. Documents patient visits via Electronic Health Records.

Competitive salary $120,000-$125,000 and excellent benefit package including full malpractice insurance with tail coverage; full medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage; pension profit sharing program; 403(b) program; and generous holiday, vacation, sick and continued education leave. Student loan repayment available!!
