The children we serve deserve a nurturing, supportive relationship with a compassionate role model who offers guidance and comfort during challenging moments. As a Child Development Trainer, you will mentor youth who are considered at risk and may have special needs, providing them with encouragement and positive direction.
This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and teens ages 6 to 21, allowing you to be a part of their growth and development.
Shifts are 8 hours long and include weekends, swing shift, overnight shifts, and holidays (if your shift falls on one) as part of a full-time schedule.
Enjoy a consistent weekly schedule, with options for overtime. You have the flexibility to select open shifts directly from your smartphone using our scheduling app!
If you’re motivated to make a lasting difference in a child’s life, we invite you to apply and join our dedicated team.
