Full Job Description

Job Summary:

Town Fair Tire is the largest tire dealer in New England. We are an established but growing tire dealer headquartered in East Haven, CT. We’re searching for an Adjustment Coordinator to join our Sales Support Team. We’re looking for a motivated individual to assist our Store Sales Support Team. The Adjustment Coordinator position would include reviewing, processing, logging and shipping Adjustment Tires.

The successful candidates will be an enthusiastic individual with a thirst for learning and the ambition to grow. The individual will provide a full range of administrative, clerical and store support. The ideal incumbent will be able to juggle multiple priorities in an organized fashion. Attention to detail and initiative a must. If this describes you, we want to hear from you!

Job Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to accomplish objectives with minimal supervision
Ability to research and resolve and/ or communicate discrepancies to management and staff
Detail oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture
Ability to multi-task
Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Education Requirements:

High school diploma
BS Preferred

Essential Job Functions:

Logging incoming tires
Processing the returns
The ability to lift 50 lbs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Be a liaison between the stores and sales support team

Non-Essential Job Functions:

Ability to organize and prioritize with strong attention to details
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ethical practice
