Toyo Seat USA has three facilities, Imlay City, MI (corporate headquarters), Flemingsburg, KY and Pelham, TN. This position will be based in Flemingsburg, KY
JOB SUMMARY:
Scheduled maintenance of both production and building equipment. Assist Manufacturing Engineering as needed.
JOB DUTIES:
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities
- Maintain and perform building repairs (internal and external).
- Fabrication as necessary.
- Install new equipment and move existing equipment.
- Run utilities for equipment
- Air
- Water
- Electric
- Shielding gas
- Perform predictive maintenance.
- Maintain 5S.
- Ensure Quality Management System compliance.
- Implement and suggest continuous improvements (TPM Kaizen).
- Perform maintenance and troubleshoot all utility equipment.
- Air Compressors
- Pumps
- HVAC units
- Dryers
- Fabricate and repair all fabrication structures.
- Perform repairs/maintenance on forklifts.
- Perform service/maintenance on smoke collecting units.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School diploma or GED required.
Knowledge: Familiar with current processes on the floor.
Experience: 1-5 years of experience on the manufacturing floor and mechanical abilities.
We have four maintenance job openings due to a large increase in manufacturing volumes due to new programs. We are open to candidates of all experience levels.
