Position Summary

The Door-to-Door Sales Representative promotes high-speed internet and related services directly to residential customers. This role involves canvassing assigned neighborhoods, engaging prospective customers, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door sales activities within assigned territories to generate new customers
Educate homeowners and residents on available internet and bundled service options
Clearly explain pricing, promotions, and service features to potential customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Accurately complete and submit sales orders and required documentation
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company
Track daily activities, leads, and results using company systems or tools
Follow all company policies, procedures, and local regulations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
Valid driver's license required
Acceptable driving record required
Personal vehicle required for use in the field

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Basic technology skills including mobile applications, tablets, and CRM systems
Experience in telecommunications, internet services, or a related field is a plus

Primarily outdoors in residential neighborhoods
