Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Shop Manager located in Bedford Heights, OH. The Machine Shop Manager will oversee daily operations, manage production planning and scheduling, ensure quality standards are consistently met, and supervise machining processes. Responsibilities include running one or more machining centers and managing one or more machinists. Responsibilities also include leading a team of machinists, mentoring new hires, coordinating maintenance, and optimizing workflows to ensure efficiency and high productivity.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with TRICO. A successful candidate must me able to run CNC equipment, use CAM software, and design in CAD software. Other qualifications may be learned on the job.

Qualifications

Strong Machining skills and experience with machine tool operation
Ability to use Gibbs CAM and/or similar CAM software
Ability to use AutoCad, Inventor, Solid Works, or similar software
Ability to use Fanuc and Okuma controls
A desire to learn and/or proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
A desire to learn and/or expertise in Quality Management and Inspection processes
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a machine shop environment
5+ years of machining experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
