Job Description

Must be very friendly, outgoing, professional and enjoy working with others. Must be able to process large amounts of data entry in a timely manner. Skills include in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to handle a multiple-line phone system. The candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and efficient. Previous knowledge in the insurance industry is a plus.

Ability to answer multi line phones & take accurate messages
A minimum of light clerical experience required
Proficiency with MS Office
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, as assignments may vary
Excellent oral & written communication skills a MUST
Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, changing environment
Excellent customer service skills
Process incoming and outgoing mail
All other duties as assigned
