Customer Service & Collections Representative

We're looking for a Customer Service & Collections Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and keeping accounts running smoothly.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service & Collections Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers needing account support. You'll assist with billing questions, resolve payment concerns, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining healthy accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Build positive relationships with customers while serving as a trusted point of contact for account-related questions.
- Contact customers regarding past-due balances and work together to establish payment solutions.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice questions, and account concerns.
- Process payments and maintain accurate account records.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor assigned accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and account activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Perform additional administrative and account support duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, collections, accounts receivable, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally and confidently.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience using CRM or accounting software is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
