- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead our bar team. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, knowledgeable about beverages, and passionate about creating a welcoming guest experience.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar staff
- Maintain inventory and order beer, wine, liquor, and supplies
- Monitor costs, waste, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
- Develop drink menus and seasonal promotions
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Track sales performance and prepare reports as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bar management or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage trends
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
