Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team! Duties

Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings with precision and efficiency
Handle multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and provide exceptional customer support
Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and oversee basic office management responsibilities
Support front desk operations virtually, including greeting clients and managing correspondence
Proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism before distribution
Coordinate travel arrangements, personal assistance tasks, and organize office supplies as needed

Experience

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role with office management responsibilities
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs
Prior experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks efficiently
Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, data entry, and customer service excellence
