Position 1: Pouching Technician- Full Time - 1st shift
Schedule: Weekdays, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Role Overview
The Pouching Technician is responsible for combining frozen bulk products into finished pouches with precision and accuracy. This role involves both manual and automated processes to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and GMPs
- Stage materials for pouching operations
- Verify product codes, pouch counts, and box counts
- Handle finished products using aseptic techniques
- Perform sample testing and documentation
- Accurately weigh and transfer products per blend sheets
- Ensure proper pouch sealing for food safety
- Maintain SQF standards and report concerns
- Operate and maintain Weigh Right (pellet filling machine)
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and work areas
- Complete sanitation tasks per Master Sanitation Schedule
- Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cold environments (short periods)
Position 2: Blending Technician- Full Time- 1st Shift
Schedule: Weekdays, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Role Overview
The Blending Technician is responsible for accurately preparing probiotic blends, including weighing materials, blending, packaging, labeling, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and verify materials for blends
- Accurately weigh bulk ingredients
- Perform hand and barrel blending techniques
- Package and label finished products correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of blend room
- Assist with freezer organization
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment
- Follow GMP and PPE safety standards
- Accurately document all processes and checks
- Perform cleaning and sanitation per schedule
- Maintain SQF standards and report concerns
- Assist other departments as needed

Position 3:Inventory Technician- Full Time - 1st shift
Role Overview: You will be responsible for the physical movement, documentation, and management of all frozen materials. Functions include putting away bulk products from production, picking orders for processing, staging orders for shipping, and conducting cycle counts for inventory reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Put away products from production and processing with correct documentation
- Focus on maintaining the product integrity and temperature during transportation and storage
- Locate and gather all materials needed in a timely and efficient manner
- Weigh out products used in operations with accuracy and aseptic techniques
- Count finished products received before freezer storage accurately
- Return unused bulk products to the correct location in the freezer
- Provide complete and accurate documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, and inventory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain freezer organization and cleanliness
- Cleaning/sanitizing of all work areas as prescribed by the Master Sanitation schedule
- Maintain Safe Quality Food (SQF) systems and report any concerns to Management
- Assist other departments as directed by the Supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN A FREEZER ENVIRONMENT FOR EXTENDED PERIODS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in –45 degree temperatures for extended periods.
- Able to lift/carry up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to respond with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Able to work in a bending/standing position for extended periods.
Expected Scheduling: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm OR 7am to 3:30pm with overtime as needed
