What You Will Do

Do you bring tremendous energy and a great attitude to your everyday interactions with others? Are you passionate about sales? As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will build rapport with customers, ask probing questions to uncover their product needs and offer premium, end-to-end services for our client's customers via telephone. Our Sales Associates are confident in providing top products and services to win back customers that have previously cancelled their service. The target is to ensure that all customers receive the best possible service available while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Initiate outbound calls through our automatic dialer, providing product

information and premium services to previous customers to win them back

and establish a new TV service.

Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to

VXI Policies and Procedures.

Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over

month.

What We Prefer

High School diploma or GED required
6 months of call center experience
One-year Outbound Sales background (or equivalent sales background with

incentive/quota-based experience) required

Driven and self-motivated
Understanding of streaming movies and TV shows on the internet
Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs and multi-task
Impeccable communication skills
Working knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office Suite,

as well as the ability to navigate multiple applications

Ability to adapt to new technology

Ability to type 25 wpm with 95%+ accuracy
Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers in a distraction free dedicated space

$14/ hour + unlimited earning potential up to $20 per sale and additional

incentives

Full-Time, 40-hour/week schedule
100% paid training
Optional medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available. Effective after

the first full calendar month of work completion if elected.

We have an amazing referral program where you will earn $20 on every check for each person you refer that is hired. You and your referral will both earn $20 on every paycheck for the entire time you both remain active with us!

There is no cap for referral payouts!

Discounted cell phone plan through T-Mobile that is $25 a month for unlimited talk, text and data. You can sign up for up to 5 lines @ $25 each so your whole family can enjoy them.

What Remote Life With VXI Requires

Internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider
The minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps
Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps

outside of VXI

An environment free from noise where conversations with customers cannot

be overheard
