About VYNE Talent Group

VYNE Talent Group is an artist-first talent agency representing musicians, performers, and live acts across the world. We specialize in artist management, live event booking, and career development, with a focus on bass music, electronic, hip-hop, and crossover live entertainment. We are a growing agency built by industry professionals who are passionate about developing artists and the people who represent them.

The Role

We are actively looking for driven, passionate individuals to join our team as Talent Agents. Whether you are brand new to the music industry or a seasoned booking professional, we want to hear from you. At VYNE, agents are not handed a roster - they build one. This is a ground-floor opportunity to develop your own book of business with the full support and mentorship of experienced industry professionals behind you.

What You Will Do:

Roster Development

Identify, prospect, and sign artists across your target genres
Build and maintain strong relationships with artists and their management teams
Develop a personal roster that reflects your taste, hustle, and market knowledge

Booking and Show Routing

Pitch and negotiate show offers on behalf of the artists on your roster
Communicate directly with talent buyers, venue managers, and promoters
Route tours and standalone dates, managing offer flow from pitch to confirmed contract

Day-to-Day Operations

Draft and process booking agreements, deal memos, and performance contracts
Coordinate logistics between artists, buyers, and production contacts
Maintain organized records of offers, holds, and confirmed dates
Represent your artists professionally across all communications including email, phone, and in-person meetings

Growth and Learning

Work closely with senior agents and agency leadership to learn deal structuring, artist development strategy, and industry best practices
Attend shows, industry events, and relevant conferences to build your network
Stay current on touring trends, market conditions, and emerging artists in your genre focus

Who We Are Looking For:

New to the industry? You do not need years of experience to thrive here. If you have a genuine passion for music, strong communication skills, a competitive drive, and the hunger to build something, we will teach you everything else. You will learn the business firsthand from professionals who have done it.

Experienced agent? If you are coming from another agency or have existing industry relationships, we want to talk. Bring your knowledge, your network, and your roster philosophy — and grow within a structure that gives agents real ownership over their work.

In either case, you should be:

Passionate about live music and artist development
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
A strong communicator in writing and on the phone
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects at once
Thick-skinned, persistent, and not afraid of rejection

Compensation

This is a commission-based role. Agents earn a percentage of commissions generated from their personal roster and confirmed bookings. Earning potential scales directly with the size and activity of the roster you build. Additional compensation structure details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
