Overview of the Licensed Therapist
This is a full-time salaried position working Monday-Friday, regardless of no-shows. This position is remote working in our outpatient clinic!
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with medical and behavioral health providers, creating thoughtful, individualized care plans that truly address the whole person. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with the SUD Home team, ensuring every member receives the wraparound support they need from Care Partners and Clinical Care Navigators. Wayspring provides an annual stipend for necessary fees for licenses required to perform your job-related services and up to $2,500 in support of continuing medical education required for your job-related licenses and other required certifications. We also provide up to five (5) business days to be utilized for the referenced continuing education!

Responsibilities of the Licensed Therapist
- Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
- Meets with patient regularly to talk about treatment plan, track progress on treatment plan, and adjust treatment plan as necessary
- Conducts ongoing screenings of patient progress
- Comply with documentation standards within clinic documentation platform
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary care team within the Wayspring clinic, as well as other providers and facilities outside of the clinic as necessary
- Adhere to Wayspring information security and privacy requirements
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- Active, Independent, Approved State Licensure
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as requested (Wayspring covers cost associated)
- Must exhibit empathy, listening skills, social and communication skills, boundary setting, critical thinking, organizational skills, written documentation skills, technical/computer skills
- Experience working with Medicaid populations is highly preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
