Responsibilities
When searching for future advisors, we look for a variety of skillsets that have proven to be leading indicators of success. In addition to the below, you have a responsibility to expand a business practice by use of effective prospecting and referral-based strategies, as well as identifying and cultivating new client relationships within target markets. Your earning potential is upside with a draw against commission set up that is further explained in the interview process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- US Work Authorization
- Entrepreneurial Mindset--desire to work in a commission environment
- Interpersonal & Relationship Skills
- Desire to build a business for yourself but not by yourself
- Strong work ethic

- Have or willing to obtain a state Life/Health Insurance License, SIE, Series 7 & Series 66

Pay: $102,162.00 - $200,000.00 per year
