What You’ll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor
- Present fine jewelry, diamonds, bridal, watches, services, and protection plans with confidence
- Build relationships with customers through follow-up and clienteling
- Drive sales, credit, warranty, repairs, and customer satisfaction results
- Support store goals and contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment
- Maintain professional store standards, merchandising, and presentation
- Partner with leadership to learn, grow, and develop in your role
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail, jewelry, luxury sales, commissioned sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
