Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish-English) Crew Dispatcher to coordinate and manage daily Crew operations efficiently. Experience in Civil Construction/ In this pivotal role, you will oversee dispatching activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of freight while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams. This position offers a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and transportation expertise will drive operational success and customer satisfaction. Ex

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatching of crew, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery deadlines.
Communicate effectively with drivers via multi-line phone systems and GPS devices to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout their routes.
Collaborate with warehouse teams on shipping & receiving schedules, freight handling, and inventory updates.
Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in supply chain operations and recommend improvements.

Skills

Strong knowledge of GIS, GPS technology, and transportation planning tools to enhance dispatch accuracy..
Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for effective interaction with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
Proficiency in data entry, typing speed, and multi-line phone systems to handle high-volume communication seamlessly.
Familiarity with freight operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and fleet management practices.
Ability to analyze logistics data for operational insights using analysis skills to improve dispatch processes.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination for streamlined freight movement. This role is vital in ensuring our transportation network operates smoothly while fostering a collaborative team environment.
