We are only considering candidates who already have direct, hands-on experience selling into semiconductor ATE, probe card, PCB fabrication, IC test, or closely related electronics manufacturing. This is not a general sales role, and we cannot train someone into the industry from scratch.
Position Summary
We are seeking a high-impact sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand market share across the United States in the semiconductor test interface industry.
This role is intentionally designed to be level-flexible, based on candidate experience and capability:
- Regional Sales Manager (People Leader) — leading a team of Sales Account Managers and driving regional strategy
OR
- Sales Account Manager (Individual Contributor) — owning key accounts and full-cycle sales executionOperating in a fast-paced, RFQ-driven environment, this role requires strong commercial execution, rapid decision-making, and close collaboration across global teams and factory operations. Success in this role depends on the ability to win complex business, manage global accounts, and deliver strong customer outcomes through effective “network selling” across regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Execution (Core to All Levels)
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share across assigned US accounts/territory
- Own the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, RFQ, pricing, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with growth targets
- Deliver accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
- Drive design-in engagements and early customer involvement
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and win new business across semiconductor segments (OSATs, IDMs, fabless)
- Expand footprint within existing and new accounts
- Lead or support strategic customer opportunities and high-impact deals
3. RFQ Management & Commercial Strategy
- Manage or oversee end-to-end RFQ execution in a fast-paced environment:
- Review technical and commercial requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Deliver high-quality, competitive proposals within tight timelines
- Develop and execute pricing strategies balancing margin and win rate
- Lead or support negotiations and contract discussions
- Ensure disciplined and consistent commercial execution
4. Global Account Management & Network Selling
- Collaborate with teams across US, Europe, and APAC to support global customers
- Participate in network selling to align account strategy, pricing, and engagement
- Support global account initiatives to:
- Secure multi-site design wins
- Deliver consistent customer experience
- Maximize account revenue
- Operate effectively across time zones to support global customers
5. Factory Integration & Execution Alignment
- Work closely with factory, engineering, and operations teams to align customer needs with production capabilities
- Ensure effective coordination for:
- RFQ feasibility and costing
- NPI timelines
- Delivery and capacity planning
- Support resolution of quality, delivery, and technical issues
- Balance customer expectations with operational constraints
6. Strategic Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Develop and execute account plans to grow share-of-wallet and retention
- Drive long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Serve as a trusted commercial partner to customers
7. Escalation & Customer Satisfaction
- Act as point of contact for customer escalations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Maintain strong customer trust through responsiveness and transparency
8. Leadership & Team Management (For Manager-Level Hire)
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Account Managers
- Set targets, KPIs, and drive performance accountability
- Provide hands-on guidance in RFQs, pricing, negotiations, and deal closure
- Conduct pipeline reviews and ensure forecast accuracy
- Build a high-performance, execution-focused team culture
- Support hiring and development of the regional team

Qualifications & Experience
Core Requirements (All Candidates)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in semiconductor, test interface, or related high-tech industries
- Proven track record in:
- RFQ-driven sales environments
- Pricing strategy and commercial negotiation
- Closing complex deals
- Managing key or strategic accounts
Additional Requirements (Manager-Level Candidates)
- 8–12 years of total experience with 2–5 years in sales leadership roles
- Experience leading or mentoring sales/account teams
- Experience managing global or multinational accounts
- Ability to drive cross-regional alignment and network selling
