Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, engaging with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions that elevate their businesses. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. What you’ll do

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management strategies.
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand our client base.
Conduct warm calls to potential clients, showcasing our products and services with enthusiasm.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data to inform strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals and enhance outreach efforts.
Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that meet both their needs and our business objectives.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and improve sales tactics.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or technology sales is essential.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.

Preferred qualifications

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding teams or projects towards successful outcomes.
Analytical skills to assess market data and derive actionable insights.
