Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new sales leads, developing business relationships, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Duties:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.

- Develop, establish, and nurture relationships with prospective and current clients. Research and understand their needs and present our products/services as solution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and present innovative ideas and solutions to potential and current clients.

- Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while adhering to company policies and objectives.

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Must have a passion to help Business owners succeed.
- Strong background or understanding of technology sales.
- Exceptional prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create trust and authentic relationships.
- Excellent customer service and account management skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability and motivation to thrive in a commission-based environment with the ability to earn unlimited income.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
