About Us

We are a growing managed service provider headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. We deliver enterprise-grade IT solutions to a diverse client base across industries including hospitality, legal, and healthcare. Our team is tight-knit, technically sharp, and committed to doing the work right the first time.

The Role

We're looking for a seasoned Tier 3 technician who can walk into any environment — familiar or foreign — and take ownership. Whether you're standing up a network from the ground floor, inheriting a mess of legacy infrastructure, or executing a full network refresh with minimal guidance, you operate with confidence and precision. You're the person junior techs look to when things get hard, and you take that responsibility seriously.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role based out of our Las Vegas office, with regular visits to client sites as needed.

What You'll Do

Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians — own complex, high-impact issues through to resolution
Design, deploy, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, switches, and wireless environments from scratch or within existing networks
Perform network assessments, refreshes, and migrations independently — no hand-holding required
Administer and support Windows Server environments (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI, DFS, etc.)
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenants — Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and beyond
Configure and maintain firewall and security appliances (Fortinet experience a strong plus)
Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, with hands-on validation and restore testing (Veeam experience a strong plus)
Deploy and administer network infrastructure using Ubiquiti UniFi (a strong plus) and comparable platforms
Document environments thoroughly in line with Blue Paladin standards (IT Glue)
Communicate clearly with clients — translating technical findings into business context without over-explaining or under-delivering
Mentor and support junior technicians through escalations, knowledge transfer, and on-the-job coaching
Participate in on-call rotation as needed

What You Bring

Required

5+ years of experience in a managed service provider or enterprise IT environment
Deep, working knowledge of TCP/IP networking — subnetting, VLANs, routing protocols, and network troubleshooting without a safety net
Strong Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) — Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, file services, and server roles
Advanced Microsoft 365 administration — tenant management, identity, licensing, security and compliance, and user lifecycle
Proven ability to assess, design, and execute infrastructure projects independently
Comfortable working in unfamiliar environments and building order out of chaos
Strong documentation habits and professional client communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits

Preferred

Fortinet NSE certification or hands-on FortiGate firewall experience
Veeam Backup & Replication deployment and administration experience
Ubiquiti UniFi switching, routing, and wireless deployment experience
Experience with RMM/PSA platforms (NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or similar)
Familiarity with Azure, Entra ID hybrid identity, or Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Management
Industry certifications: CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft (MS-900 through expert-level), or equivalent
