At first, it started off really nice. I was excited to work with a team of staffing until I learned that the staffing coordinators have to fight for their spot to keep their job by meeting ridiculous KPI’s. The insane KPI’s were not just for staffing coordinators, all departments had crazy needs that had to be met or you would get fired. We had a meeting every day to meet with the entire staffing team/ managers. Sometimes there were more than 2 meetings a day, that took an hour each or longer. As a staffing coordinator you’re scheduled to work 9 hours with a 1 hour lunch. That leaves maybe less than 6 hours to meet 100 shifts KPI- got moved to 150 a day. With random meetings and having to answer every phone call because the receptionist doesn’t pick up and coming calls it would leave little to no room to try and get shifts. I remember my co workers having mental breakdowns because no one was picking up shifts and they knew they were going to get fired for it. The job culture is mean girl like, if the boss doesn’t like you, no one will. There are cameras in the office everywhere so you are always being watched. 

Management lacks verbal and emotional respect for their employees. Not only do they lack boundaries in regard to their staffing coordinators, but their providers too. Forcing us to reach out to providers (CNA, LPN, RN’s etc) during hours that they have SPECIFICALLY requested not to be bothered at, just to secure more shifts to make more money, made the job extremely uncomfortable (and this is coming from someone who’s worked in sales and is good at it). There are also cameras in the building that they actively use to listen to conversations and watch staffers, which also makes the environment feel difficult to thrive in. The COO constantly reminds everyone she’s the COO and her husband, the CEO, co-signs her behavior no matter how many people they lose week after week. I loved helping providers get shifts but the work environment wasn’t enough to stay, and they were unwilling to negotiate & re-evaluate to keep myself & others. 

Actriv health care entrust its employees to doing the best at their various work areas ,freedom at work is fully experienced with Actriv and this has made it soo easy for me to enjoy working with Actriv for more than an year. Under my own schedule, freedom to choose where you want to and good compensation.  Actriv managers are reliable, quick to giving a response, solving issues with respect and are very knowledgeable about whatever they are entrusted to do in their various offices.   Good reception and awsome communication skills. .timely pay and good incentives ///family xmas lunches etc

Very toxic and unfair treatment. Coworkers can leave, eat at desk, not show up, talk back to management and the customers. Those that show up, do their work don't 
get recognized for the extra work. It's H. E. L. L. The phones are insane! Eveyday you are walking on eggshells, it's a very uncomfortable environment. The COO yells at everyone! If you try to let management about any working issue the upper management calls a meeting to call you out infront of everyone. Customers are not nice yelling at you and when you do all you can, they call COO to complain. Camera's are everywhere wathching and listening!  

As a Customer Success Coordinator at Actriv Healthcare, I've found my experience to be incredibly fulfilling both professionally and personally. From day one, the company culture has been all about empowerment, with a strong emphasis on empathy and compassion which resonates deeply with my own values.

The leadership team is genuinely invested in the growth and success of every employee. They are always accessible and encourage open communication, making it a collaborative work environment. 

Took a couple months to finally get hired on. When I first started to pick up shifts there were anywhere from $50-$150 bonuses sometimes at some facilities. After awhile I was getting ‘block booked’ at a facility which was great. Now I can’t even find a shift and when I call to ask about ANY facilities, they only have this ONE facility, but since Iv never worked there before I have to be “cleared” and go thru “orientation” to work at this facility. Never have I had to deal with this before.  ??? 🤔
So I’m on HOLD right now just playing the waiting game.. 🥱
Idk what’s going on but I don’t feel any sense of urgency or support!!

You will get shifts that suits your availability.  No delays in payments 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you are given shifts far from where you reside 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Perfect.  I can't complain.  I have benefitted with experience,  addiction earnings and being introduced to shift net for more jobs

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good.  I think I am happy because I am allowed to choose where to work and what time of the day

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no fairness on the pay rates.. they are not standardised... some people are paid more and others little depending on who recruited you, your location, who you know among other factors 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is stressful because you don't feel supported by the company as an employee.. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I work in the field so I get to work in different environments

Clock in at 6-7 am, team meeting, call providers, find work for health care providers & find providers for facilities short on staff, care calls, building relationships, competitive work, must be quick with booking jobs 

Employees are generally treated poorly. If times are tough people get yelled at publicly and then fired. If times are good or the owners are about to go on vacation they fire someone to celebrate. I'm not sure how the company stays in business because the nurses, customers and employees are all miserable and turnover is extremely high.
